Fast Stickers is my go to!  This is the most reasonably priced decal company I have found.  Great customer service, high quality and quick turnaround.  I highly recommend them.

M. Graham are my favorite professional quality watercolors.  They are vibrant, rich and creamy.  If you have the money, invest in these paints.

Prima Marketing and Schpirerr Farben pan watercolor collections are vibrant and relatively inexpensive.  

While you can get away with using less expensive paints, the brush really matters. Invest in good ones. 3 or 4 good brushes will take your work to the next level.  I like Da Vinci, Escoda and Princeton 

Paul Rubens Metallic Glitter & Csy Art Gallery Honey Handmade Pearlescent watercolors.  Both are great for iridescent addition to your painting.

Silhouette Cameo 3 is the cutting machine I use for all my inhouse sticker making.  The software is constantly being upgraded.  You buy the software once and enjoy the benefits year after year.  I still use Adobe Creative Suite to edit and clean up my art before I use silhouette studio to create the sticker sheets.  

Online labels has the most extensive and reliable line of sticker paper for both ink jet and laser.  While they might not be the cheapest, their product is well tested and reliable. They even offer cut settings for multiple machines for all the sticker paper they sell.
